GOALS

  • To set up a strong team that could make disciples and train leaders
  • To strengthen church’s and community’s “missing layers” with the gospel influence (youth, young adults and young families)
  • To be the influences of other people’s lives
  • To train up parents to promote better “Christian home” values
  • To train up parents to serve youth ministry
  • To help youths to explore their life goals and passions
  • To train up capable youths who desires God to serve the Lord

VISIONS

To make disciples that can be passionate about God’s heart for the lost and equip them to pro-actively involve in strategic outreach ministries locally, nationally and globally.

Marian is enrolled in the fourth year of the Doctor of Ministry Program in ACTS Seminaries located at Trinity Western University at Langley, BC. Her passion is to see families striving to love more and to help children and youths to be more effective leaders and outreaching the world, both locally and internationally.

Marian is passionate in community work and she is currently conducting parenting workshops locally and overseas. With her experiences in social work and counselling, she wants to help more families to get the most update trends from the Canadian mainstream society and to learn the skills to communicate well with their kids. She is also helping a non profit society in Vancouver to train frontline volunteers for providing support to families with children in chemotherapy.

Marian currently serves in children, youth and family ministries at Resonate Ministries. With the experiences working in a mainstream megachurch, her goal is to help bridge the second generation of Chinese immigrants to be full participants in the kingdom of God and to embrace their identities and heritages in their Christian walk.
